Partners & Referrals
Work With DCDC
DCDC partners with DVR counselors, schools, workforce centers, employers, and community organizations to connect people to the right program at the right time.
Why Partner With DCDC?
DCDC fills a gap that most systems cannot fill alone. We provide the foundational skill-building, education persistence support, and workforce continuum services that help people move from where they are to where they want to be.
Our programs are built on the Agilities™ framework from The DeBruce Foundation — a research-based approach to identifying and developing the work-related strengths that lead to sustainable employment.
We work alongside your clients, students, and participants — not instead of you. DCDC is a complement to the services you already provide, not a replacement.

DCDC is a Colorado DVR vendor. DVR clients may receive only the service DVR approves in writing. DCDC confirms the service, code, units, dates, rate and reporting requirements before beginning billable work.
Services available under DVR authorization include: Bridge to Success foundational skill-building, Learning to Stay Agilities Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), SHAPED for Destiny Supported Employment, Job Development, and Job Coaching.
Colorado DVR determines eligibility and authorizes services. A referral or counselor recommendation is not a service authorization. DCDC does not begin a billable DVR service until it receives written authorization for the approved service, units, dates and rate.
How to Make a Referral
Contact DCDC
Reach out by phone, email, or the referral form below to discuss your client's situation and goals.
We Schedule a CARE Intake
DCDC schedules a CARE Intake conversation with the referred individual — a welcoming, no-pressure first meeting.
We Identify the Right Pathway
Based on the intake, DCDC recommends the program and funding track that best fits the individual's goals and eligibility.
We Keep You Informed
With the participant's consent, DCDC coordinates with the referring partner throughout the program to support shared goals.
Built on the Agilities™ Framework
DCDC's programs are built on the Agilities™ framework developed by The DeBruce Foundation. Agilities are groups of work activities people use in every job. Your strongest Agilities show the kinds of work you currently enjoy and do well.
The Agile Work Profiler™ is a free tool that helps participants discover their Agilities and connect them to career pathways. DCDC uses this framework to ground our coaching in each participant's actual strengths — not just their deficits.
